My issues are sugar and volume, so along with no sugar, I also weigh and measure the foods that I do eat at home. I eye ball closely at restaurants. My program is my own for the moment, as I've not gone back to three-dee OA meetings yet. I have done the online meetings and they are helpful, but more than that I listen to several hours of program from the OA LA website daily. My iPod has over 300 hours of ESH from the folks in LA, or the OA Mecca. I plan to get to the noon OA meeting tomorrow, it was my first meeting when I went back in October and it's a smaller intimate meeting. I hope to get the the Saturday morning meeting as well. I am in a unique position to really focus on my program, put my program first and that's my plan. It's a gift and I want to accept it graciously and use it to my advantage and betterment.
